Author Bios

Allegra Williams is Neighborhood Planner for the City of Lowell. In this capacity, she develops short and long-range strategies to enhance the quality of life in Lowell’s neighborhoods and helps to ensure the integration of those strategies with other development initiatives in the City. Allegra has a background in community and economic development. In her work both locally and internationally, she has sought to reach out to diverse and underserved constituencies.  Allegra serves of the board of The Revolving Museum and the Cultural Organization of Lowell.
